Payment
A deposit of 50%
is required to retain Dreamfield Video Productions Mudgee
and to secure the wedding date. The balance is due no
later than one week prior to the ceremony. All deposits
are not refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior
to the event. If for any reason, the client(s)' wedding
date is changed, Dreamfield Video Productions Mudgee
will make every effort to accommodate the new date.
In the event that more than one client wishes to book
wedding services on the same day, preference will go
to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled
weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does
not conflict with another booked wedding.
Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee reserves the right
to terminate a contract at any time for any reasonable
cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event, all
monies paid will be refunded in full.
Music Choice
All music chosen
by the client for the edited video has to be supplied
before the filming of the event. If no music choice
is given, we will choose the music and a charge will
be made for any subsequent changes. Any changes to the
edited DVD will be charged at the hourly editing rate.
Credits
Dreamfield Video
Productions Mudgee reserves the right to place a logo
at the end of the DVD or on any ther packaging.
Coverage
Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee
will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends
and family are permitted to operate video cameras on
the condition that they do not interfere with or get
in the way of the professional coverage.
Dreamfield Video Productions Mudgee will make every
effort to produce a high quality, well presented DVD
of your wedding day. However, Dreamfield Video Productions
Mudgee makes no guarantees; we will endeavour to ensure
your event is recorded in full on the day. A back-up
camera is carried to minimise problems caused by equipment
failure.
Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee
will not be held liable for any production problems
beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor
acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.
It is the
client(s)' responsibility to secure access to areas
for videography. Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee
will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access
restrictions.
Creative aspects such
as shooting and editing style are at the discretion
of Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee .
The client(s) are responsible for supplying Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee with an accurate running sheet
of the day's events and to inform Dreamfield Video Productions
Mudgee of any specific requirements, no later than one
week prior to the event.
Delivery of Product
The editing process
takes 4–6 weeks from the date of the wedding.
Upon taking possession
of the finished product, the client(s) must inform Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee
of any technical or other problems with the video within
7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received,
the client(s) will be deemed to be satisfied with the
product.
Copyright will be owned
by [the client or Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee ].
Miscellany
All or part of the video
footage may be used by Dreamfield
Video Productions Mudgee
for promotional purposes (brochures, website etc) unless
specifically requested not to by the client(s).
